We produce only one type of MonoCultivar Extra Virgin Olive Oil because there is only one way to make the best EVOO.
Our MonoCultivar Extra Virgin Olive Oil CAMILLO is extracted exclusively from a local olive variety farmed, harvested, expressed and bottled in Daunia (Puglia - Italy).

FRESH is BEST: Fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil contains more antioxidants and has much fuller flavours.
We harvest early in November and bring to market only NEW SEASON EVOO just before Christmas.
